Hi, I have a number of users in Germany who cannot work with Schedule IT. It affects new starters. I believe it could be licensed based but can somebody confirm? They are using v 4.8

This error normally means the users do not have full read and write access to the program folder and files, or the folder and project file. Even if they are only going to view the project they need full write access.
