Hi Mark
We use Schedule It to schedule our engineers. Our engineers participate in a 1 in 4 On Call rota, and currently to highlight this on the schedule we created a task called On Call and allocate that accordingly to the engineers who are on call each week and use the repeat event tool to allocate this for the entire year.
 I have a suggestion / request. There is a Special Days tool that allows me to enter holidays and this applies it as what I would call a "background notification" on the schedule (as I can add events over it) and we can still utilise the "do not allow this resource to be double booked" function. Is it possible to enhance ScheduleIt to allow me to allocate "special days" on set periods and set resources (which differ on a week by week basis?).
Just a thought, but this would be very helpful as we can't use the "preventing double booking" function due to the way we add in On Call at the moment, as it recognises On Call as an event in itself.
