System Integration

Do you have data in an accounting or database system and wish to integrate with our powerful graphical scheduling solution? Do you want to send events and job information to remote staff with navigation instructions?

We have experience in linking our software to many systems, including SAP, Service Director, Microsoft CRM, TomTom Navigation, Excel and Office, and many others, with simple API calls, or flat file transfers, all automatically. Please contact us for more details on how you can use our software to display your data.

• To import from a CSV file or from an Excel file you first need a template to copy which you can create from the desktop application.
  
  First in a blank project add one group, one resource and one event filling all the fields with data you recognize. This will help you see which columns contain which data when the file is opened.
  
  From the Export menu choose Export ALL data. You can now open the file with Notepad or Excel and duplicate the group, resource or event line to create and import more data. You can also delete lines you do not wish to import again. For more details please see our forum.
