Network & Cloud Scheduling
Store your data on your PC, internal network, external network, on the Internet or in the cloud and allow single or multiple users full read and write access from any location.
Local Scheduling

Store your data on your local computer or company network. Access using the Schedule it desktop software which can be installed on each client PC or your server for remote sharing. With the desktop software you can also export your schedule to 'Web Pages' for simple viewing with a browser.
Local and Cloud Scheduling (Dual database)

In addition to your local database you can open a cloud account and synchronize changes between your local database and cloud database then choose the data you wish to share online. Access can then be made using the desktop software or a web browser.
Cloud Scheduling (Single database)

Store your full database on our cloud servers and access it with the desktop software, a web browser with our powerful drag and drop browser interface or both. Share your data worldwide with your users on any platform.
Local Network Scheduling
No complicated server software to setup or install, just install 'Schedule it' on each users computer and all users can open and edit the same database file.
Local Access
- Save your database file to a common network folder then all users can open the same file and read and write together. Access over your local network or connect to your network from a remote location.
- Database options including simple file database, SQL Server, Free SQL Server Express or MySQL.
Remote Access
- Use simple screen sharing with Remote Desktop or Terminal Services to allow remote users access to an office PC with Schedule it installed.
- For read only access, output your schedule to Web Pages and upload to your web server to allow world wide access with only a browser.
- Send email alerts which include calendar information which allows remote users to receive event notifications and updates that can be added to their remote calendar applications.
- For full read and write access, store your database online and any user with the desktop software can access it from any location. You can use this with our Cloud Scheduling service. Other online hosted databases services include Amazon's RDS, and Microsoft's SQL Azure.
Cloud Scheduling Options
Two ways to connect to your cloud scheduling account.
Dual Database Mode

- With the dual database mode you have a local database and a separate cloud database and you choose which data you want to share and synchronize. You can choose the events you want to send online for web browser access. Any desktop or online event changes can then be synchronized manually or at timed intervals.
Single Database Mode

- With the Professional version you can open the cloud database directly with the desktop software and have a live connection. No synchronizing is needed as you are connected live just like the users accessing with a web browser. No local database is required and only your cloud database is needed.
- From the File menu choose Open, then select Cloud as the database type, then enter your cloud account log in details.
