We sell / implement product design (CAD) software and product life cycle management (PLM) software.

Our clients want to design products easily. We want to help them efficiently by offering great support and training.
At present we use Schedule it to manage our technical team. We have 2 main offices but also people working remotely from home - 20-25 users. We manage 11 technical guys, 2 support guys, 3 specialist trainers, 3 training locations, potential training courses in 10 different locations, 25 training laptops. Sales guys can view the availability of any of these resources.
We use both the desktop and the cloud software on mainly Dell Windows 7 32 & 64 bit.
We tried the desktop software first to get it setup as we wanted and then bought cloud licenses and rolled it out to the rest of the company.
Better communication - we control people, locations, training courses and training machines with it. Everyone in the company can see what resources are available.
The interface is very clear and easy to use from either laptop or ipad. It is hard to understand how we coped before. We will add more information as we grow.
