What is the maximum number of resources allowed?

There is no limitation to the number of resource groups and number of resources you can plan. There are a maximum of 32000 resources and events that can be shown on the screen in a single view but only the database size and type restricts the storage.

Notes: Schedule it desktop can share data externally with 3 resources. This is increased in multiples of 3 for every additional license purchased. Additional licenses can be purchased to allow more and batch license packs are available for purchase for higher numbers in excess of 100.
