To cancel or close your online account, where you have an automatic renewal for your payments, click the Close Account button on your Account Settings page or email us at
accounts@scheduleit.com so we can cancel it for you anytime. The email should be from the same email address used to create the account or from another admin in the account.
To cancel or close your online account when you do not have an auto renewal payment. Once your payment period expires your account is closed and later deleted automatically.
