Why are my scheduling resources highlighted red?

When adding or editing an event you may notice some of your resources are highlighted in red or have a red line through the name.

A red highlighting means the resource has other events at the same time as the event you are trying to create or update. This means they will be double booked if you choose any of the red highlight resources and continue to save. If any resource names have a line through then you have set this resource to NOT be allowed to be double booked so you cannot book them.

You can edit your resources and decide if they can or cannot be double booked which will effect how they are highlighted in the event window.
