Can we access information and schedule offline?

Yes, Our mobile apps and mobile website allow events to be added, viewed and updated when you are offline. Once a data connection is lost our website and apps automatically switch to offline mode showing the latest events you have been viewing.

It is also possible to synchronize your online account with your Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook etc using a Subscription/Shared Calendar link, which this gives offline viewing as events are stored in these calendars and only updated when they are online.
