Commas in my CSV export/report are effecting my data format and order

Commas in any of your text fields are no problem in a CSV export. In your Report Templates just surround your data tags with double quotes to tell Excel to keep everything between the double quotes in one column even if it has commas. Please see our CSV export sample report for how your report should be. Or better, use our sample and just modify it rather than creating your own.
