How many user licences do I need?

A license is needed for each installation/user that uses the desktop software, or each user that logs in to your online account via our website or our mobile apps. Each license you own also allows a number of sharing options like sharing information by email, HTML output, shared calendar links etc, for none users. Depending on the number of licenses you own depends on how much information can be shared. Please see our Pricing pages for details of sharing with none users, or contact us with any queries.
