Booking into multiple classes per day

I used to be able to schedule a trainer for multiple classes in one day, however, it now appears that's not possible even if the times don't overlap. I do have it set that they can't be double booked, but I haven't had this issue until today.

Lee is scheduled:
930-4 for class A
also need him for 4-6 for class B

Did something change? If so, can it be changed back to allow this?

Can you help wit these questions:

What is the exact full message you see?

If you disabled double booking for Lee does the message stop?

Is this our desktop or online version?

Do you have a company name so I can check your account?

If I mark the Facilitators & the room to allow double booking in Account Settings, it accepts it. This isn't ideal, as this could allow double bookings that I don't want and could potentially miss, therefore, creating an issue.

The error I get is: The event cannot be saved as 'Resource' will be double booked.

Hi,

Can you confirm the message says..

'Resource' will be double booked

...or does it say..'

'Lee' will be double booked.


What is the exact message?


Can you tell me a date where we can try to add an event to Lee from 9:30 to 4:00, then also 4:00 to 6:00 so we can see the error?

Yes, it says "Lee will be double booked"

We can add anything to Lee's calendar this week It would be from 9a-5p & then 5-9p.

Hi,

We were able to add 2 events to Lees schedule 9:30am to 4pm and then 4pm to 6pm, without and issue or warning.

Can you try to add them and tell me the date you tried so we can see what you added? And also email a screen image of your message to our support team?

I tried booking Lee on 8/16 from 5-7p and I got the same error that he would be double booked.

I have screen shots of what I entered & the error message I received but I don't see a way to attach it to this. Where should I send them?

Hi,

I see Lee is fully booked from 9am on the 13th to 5pm on the 17th. So you cannot book him again on the 16th from 5pm to 7pm as he is already busy. Unless you allow him to be double booked.

If you need him to work on a different event in the 16th at 5pm you must split his week long event so it ends 5pm on the 16th and starts again the following day.
